Excellent customer service is ALWAYS our number one priority!
We hope you understand, there are certain things out of our control (due to the Coronavirus Pandemic) that may temporarily hinder our normal quality of customer service. We are doing our best and truly appreciate your patience and support!
- When will my online order ship?
We’re doing our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Check your email for shipping alerts and tracking information. (Check spam, sometimes our emails go there!) Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days.
- When can I pick up my online order?
All pickup orders are ready during shop hours, once you recieve your fulfillment email, come and see Coni.
If you have an in-store pickup that you would like to switch to shipping, please email us Shop@CharmingReign.com and we will do our best to ship it ASAP!
- Will you restock/get new styles?
We have new collections launching every week, Coni or Rachael will do a try on session every week Live. Restocks go up as they come in!
If you want a sold-out item. Be sure to sign up for the restock request and IF we are able to get it in again, you will receive an email!
- Are you accepting returns?
Absolutely, we always want you happy with your purchase! If you wish to bring/ship an item back for store credit, please reach out to us at Returns@charmingreign.com
If you wish to ship your item back, Once we receive your return, if it is unworn, tagged still attached, unwashed, scent and odor free you will receive store credit via email within 2-5 business days.
Returns for store credit will be accepted up to 10 days after purchase. All sale items & items paid with Sezzle are final sale.
- Can I purchase a gift card online?

- When will my email (or message) be answered?
Our Email CharmingReign@gmail.com and Coni will respond within 1-2 business days.
